KTL is a diversified modern co***ny Which specializes in the manufacture of bamboo products,and integrates products' R&D and marketing. Nowadays,it owns two giant bamboo industry processing base,150 thousand acres of bamboo planting land and more than 30 material suppliers.
KTL locates in China's bamboo hometown-Yifeng,which has 840 thousand acres(560 million sqm) of bamboo forestland with more than 126 million bamboo poles.For this, Yifeng ranks the 3rd largest bamboo area in the whole country.and 150 kilometers around Yifeng county is also covered with rich bamboo resources.
Nowadays,KTL owns three sets of Germany HAWK moulding machine,two WEINIG full-automatic production lines,four sets of SHENGSHING sanding machine and four FENGCHAOU full-automatic painting line from Taiwan, two 2600T heavy hot-pressing machine, 33 drying kilns and one 45m-long drying machine,all of which are the most advanced in its field.It has cooperated with Universitat Hamburg,Nanjing Forestry University and University of Science and Technology of China on product research & development.
In 2010, KTL invested 380 million yuan on the construction of 300 thousand sqm processing base for Hot-pressed Strand-woven Bamboo Construction Board, when the construction work is done, the yearly capacity will reach 90 thousand cubicmeter.This product is unique for High strength,High density,Anti-UV,mould & water proof and Eco friendly. As per applicable area,it can be classified into two series:outdoor series & indoor series.For outdoor uses,the products include: Garden's ground decoration materials,Garden art&crafts ,outdoor construction board and outdoor furnitures; For indoor uses, the products include floorings & wallboard,internal decoration materials & furnitures.The products almost cover all the applicable area of hard wood. Now, the products have successfully entered the North American,European,Southeast Asia and African markets.
